Caja Solidaria grows produce for our Food as Medicine programs, Field and Kitchen, and direct to the general public.  

We are located at 75 Bryson Rd Mills River, NC 28759. Our service entrance for deliveries is 176 Kimzey Rd Mills River, NC 28759.

We are open 9am-3pm Monday through Friday.

What's Available Right Now? (4/28/2026): Red Radishes, Salad Turnips, Green Kale, Red Mustard Greens, Fresh Dill, Spinach, Green Onions, Snow Peas, Salad Mix, and Cilantro. Coming soon: Spring Onions, Red Beets, Plant Starts, and much more...

Where can get the Farm's produce? You can purchase produce (Cash or Check) direct from us at the Farm by seeing what's available on our self-service porch fridge. Starting in May we'll be selling at the Treska's Farmers Market in Flat Rock, NC Tuesdays 3-6pm. Some of our produce is available in the Free Fridge at Field and Kitchen (1620 Brevard Rd, Laurel Park, NC), which is usually filled up every Monday afternoon.

"Do you have a CSA box program?" We don't this year. If you're wanting to pre-purchase items check out our Grownby storefront. On Grownby you can also buy Farm Credit to use every week, similar to a CSA box but you choose which produce you get. Buying Farm Credit will definitely help the Farm! https://grownby.com/farms/caja-solidaria-1ey 

"Do you need volunteers?" Yes! Reach out to Laura (laura@cajasolidaria.org) or Dennis (dennis@cajasolidaria.org). We have light tasks and heavy duty tasks we need help with.

"What Practices Do You Use?"  We use non-certified organic practices. Once we establish our raised beds we will likely stop tilling, and practice "no-till" into the future.  We also encourage native plants, and propagate native plants, for our bird and insect friends.
